1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using FlowChess constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Nature of the Beta Service

FlowChess is in public beta. This expressly and unambiguously means that:

• ▸ The service may be interrupted fully or partially at any time and without prior notice, whether due to maintenance, technical errors, resource constraints, or unilateral decision by the owner.
• ▸ Conversation history and analyses may be deleted without notice during database updates or maintenance operations.
• ▸ Features may change without notice: adding, modifying, or removing functionality is a normal part of the development process.
• ▸ Free usage limits may be modified at any time.

3. AI Limitations

The explanations, analyses, and suggestions generated by FlowChess AI are for informational and educational purposes only. The owner expressly warns that:

• The AI may make mistakes or provide incorrect or incomplete analysis.
• Responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
• Stockfish evaluations are not guaranteed to be accurate in all cases.
• FlowChess should not be used as the sole source of preparation for tournaments or other competitions.

4. Conditions of Use

The user agrees to:

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Not use the service for illegal activities or activities that harm third parties.
• Not perform mass scraping or unauthorized automated use of the API.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of access without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is exempt from all liability for:

• Interruptions, errors, or data loss during the beta phase.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
• Decisions made by the user based on AI analyses or suggestions.
• Technical issues originating from third-party services (Supabase, Google, hosting provider).

6. Modification of Terms

The owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the date shown in the header of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Service Termination

The owner may suspend or permanently discontinue the service without obligation of compensation. In the event of a permanent shutdown, reasonable advance notice will be provided to registered users via their email address.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts as established in the Legal Notice.
